摘要
文章在分析水土流失面积、水土保持率的基础上,阐述了水土保持率远期目标的理论内涵。总结了植被、水文、水资源特点等的山西省水文与土地植被情况,采用了资料收集与分析、地理信息系统技术、远期水土保持率目标值研判标准等水土保持率研究方法。复核后表明,山西省水土保持率远期目标值为78.86%。
Based on the analysis of soil erosion area and soil and water conservation rate,this paper expounds the theoretical connotation of the long-term goal of soil and water conservation rate.This paper summarizes the situation of hydrology and land vegetation in Shanxi Province,such as vegetation,hydrology and water resources characteristics,and adopts the research methods of soil and water conservation rate,such as data collection and analysis,geographic information system technology,and criteria for judging the target value of long-term soil and water conservation rate.The review shows that the long-term target value of soil and water conservation rate in Shanxi Province is 78.86%.
