摘要
炼化企业生产装置防腐保温工程涉及安全、节能、费用和环保等诸多方面,其效果对工艺过程控制、安全生产及节能减碳等方面均具有重要意义。中国石化建立了以“全寿命周期总成本最低”为目标的防腐保温质量提升管理体系,制定了炼化企业防腐保温应用与管理等方面的管理制度和技术规范。通过开展防腐保温工程质量提升与监督工作,取得了良好效果:炼化企业防腐工程质量优良率由23%提升到55%,不及格率从41%下降到3%;保温工程优秀率由0%提升到19%,能效超标率从22.2%下降到6.1%。炼化企业防腐保温工程质量提升效果显著,实现了生产装置节能减碳和安全运行的目标。
The anti-corrosion and thermal insulation of production unit in refining enterprises involved many aspects such as safety,energy conservation,cost,and environmental protection,and its effectiveness was of great significance for process control,safety production,energy conservation and carbon reduction.A quality improvement system for anti-corrosion and insulation with the goal of minimizing the total cost of the entire life cycle was established by SINOPEC,relevant management systems and technical specifications were formulated,and quality enhancement as well as supervision work for anti-corrosion and insulation engineering were carried out.The results showed the excellent rate of anti-corrosion engineering quality in refining enterprises increased from 23%to 55%,and the failure rate decreased from 41%to 3%;meanwhile,the excellent rate of insulation engineering raised from 0%to 19%,and the energy efficiency exceeding standard rate dropped from 22.2%to 6.1%.The quality improvement effect of anti-corrosion and insulation engineering in refining and chemical enterprises was remarkable,achieving the goals of energy conservation,carbon reduction,and safe operation of production unit.
