摘要
为了探讨注浆加固后梁板抗剪性能的改善情况,通过对不同灌浆加固长度的控制,对比分析了加固后梁板的位移、应变和裂缝发展的情况,以达到修补腹剪斜裂缝的目的。试验准备3块足尺20m预应力空心板试件,5号注浆加固长度为1.5m,6号为2.0m,7号为2.5m。通过静载试验对不同灌孔长度的加固空心板抗剪性能进行对比分析。结果表明:端部灌浆加固后,5号、6号、7号梁跨中位移比未加固的梁小4.7%、4.8%和10%左右;加载点位移比未加固的梁小3.8%、5.1%和10%左右。5号、6号、7号梁与未加固的梁体相比,腹板主拉应变分别减小31%、39%、47%左右,抗剪承载力与加固前相比提高了46%、66%、91%,加固效果显著,注浆料与原材料的协同受力情况良好。
In order to explore the improvement of shear performance of the beam slab after grouting reinforcement,the displacement,strain and crack development of the reinforced beam slab were compared and analyzed by controlling different grouting reinforcement lengths for the purpose of repairing diagonal cracks in web shear.Three full-scale 20 m prestressed hollow-core slab specimens were prepared for the test,with 1.5m for No.5 grouted reinforcement length,2.0 m for No.6 and 2.5 m for No.7.Comparative analysis of the shear resistance of the reinforced hollow-core slab with different grouting lengths was carried out by static load tests.The results show that after end grouting,the spanwise displacements of beams No.5,No.6 and No.7 are about 4.7%,4.8%and 10%smaller than those of unreinforced beams;the load point displacements are about 3.8%,5.1%and 10%smaller than those of unreinforced beams.Compared with the reinforced beams,the shear bearing capacity increased by 46%,66%and 91%respectively,and the reinforcement effect was remarkable,and the synergy between the grout and the raw material was good.
