摘要
目的:分析传统心电图和24 h动态心电图检查诊断冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年1月江苏省南通市通州区中医院收治的疑似冠心病患者67例作为研究对象,结合患者病史及各项检查结果确诊后,均给予传统心电图和24 h动态心电图检查。比较两种检查方法的诊断效能。结果:冠心病诊断中24 h动态心电图检查的诊断符合率和灵敏度均明显高于传统心电图检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种检查方法的特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:传统心电图和24 h动态心电图检查诊断冠心病均有良好效果,但24 h动态心电图检查的诊断准确率和灵敏度高于传统心电图检查,是更有效、可靠的诊断手段。
Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional electrocardiogram and 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(referred to as coronary heart disease).Methods:From January 2019 to January 2022,67 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong,Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects.Combined with the patient's medical history and the results of various examinations for diagnosis,traditional electrocardiogram and 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram were given.The diagnostic efficiency of the two inspection methods was compared.Results:In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,the diagnostic coincidence rate and sensitivity of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram were significantly higher than those of traditional electrocardiography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity of the two inspection methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both traditional electrocardiogram and 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram have good results in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,but the diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram is higher than that of traditional electrocardiogram,which is a more effective and reliable diagnostic method.
