摘要
国外某铜钴矿采用先浮硫化铜、再浮氧化铜工艺生产硫化铜和氧化铜精矿,氧化铜经浸出—萃取—电积工艺生产阴极铜后,浸渣再次浮选硫化铜。为了解决浸渣浮选富集后得到的大量低品位渣选硫化铜精矿的堆存问题,针对含铜约3.5%的浸出渣浮选后获得铜品位8%~10%的硫化铜精矿,进行了加温加压酸浸试验研究,考察了温度、压力、液固比、初始硫酸浓度、搅拌转数及浸出时间对选硫化铜精矿浸出率的影响。研究结果表明:在温度100℃、压力0.8 MPa、液固比2∶1、初始硫酸浓度122.5 g/L、搅拌转数600 r/min、浸出时间4 h条件下,渣选硫化铜精矿中铜浸出率可达97.36%;低品位渣选硫化铜精矿可在低辅料浸出条件下,获得较好的资源回收效果和综合经济效益。
Copper sulfide and copper oxide concentrate were produced by flotation of copper sulfide and then flotation of copper oxide in a foreign copper-cobalt ore.Copper oxide was used to produce cathode copper by leaching-extraction-electrowinning process,and copper sulfide was floated again by leaching res⁃idue.In order to solve the stockpiling problem of a large number of low-grade copper sulfide concentrate ob⁃tained after flotation enrichment of leaching residue,the copper sulfide concentrate with copper grade of 8%~10%was obtained by flotation of leaching residue containing about 3.5%copper.The effects of tempera⁃ture,pressure,liquid-solid ratio,initial sulfuric acid concentration,stirring speed and leaching time on the leaching rate of copper sulfide concentrate were investigated.The results show that the leaching rate of copper in copper sulfide concentrate can reach 97.36%under the conditions of temperature 100℃,pres⁃sure 0.8 MPa,liquid-solid ratio 2∶1,initial sulfuric acid concentration 122.5 g/L,stirring speed 600 r/min and leaching time 4 h.The copper sulfide concentrate from low grade slag can obtain better resource recov⁃ery effect and comprehensive economic benefit under the condition of low auxiliary material leaching.
