摘要
试验旨在探讨蛋白酶的过胃能力及其在肉仔鸡低蛋白日粮中进一步降低蛋白和氨基酸含量的可行性。选取常用的1398中性蛋白酶、2709碱性蛋白酶和饲料专用的饲用过胃蛋白酶,在温度40℃、pH值3.0人工胃液中孵育2 h,调至各自测定的pH值测定剩余酶活性。选取180只体重(43.10±0.26)g的1日龄健康雄性AA白羽肉鸡,随机分为2组,每组9个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组肉鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮中添加100 mg/kg过胃蛋白酶并降低5%~6%的粗蛋白质和4种氨基酸的含量。试验期共40 d,分3个阶段进行饲养(0~14日龄、15~33日龄、34~40日龄)。结果显示,3种蛋白酶的过胃能力(即剩余酶活性)分别为0、1.3%、88.1%,以饲用过胃蛋白酶最高。对照组和试验组的蛋白质表观消化率分别为57.3%、61.8%,添加蛋白酶的试验组比对照组提高了7.9%(P<0.01);试验组肉仔鸡的平均日增重、料重比、成活率与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。研究表明,低蛋白日粮中添加适量蛋白酶并进一步降低5%~6%粗蛋白和氨基酸含量具有一定可行性。
The aim of the experiment was to investigate the gastric transgastric ability of protease and the feasibility of further reducing protein and amino acid content in low protein diet of broilers.The commonly used 1398 neutral protease,2709 alkaline protease and feed used pepsin were selected and incubated in the artificial gastric juice at 40℃and pH 3.0for 2 h,and then adjusted to their respective pH values to determine the remaining enzyme activities.A total of 180 oneday-old healthy male AA white feathered broilers with body weight of(43.10±0.26)g were randomly divided into two groups with nine replicates per group and 10 broilers per replicate.Broilers in control group were fed a basal diet,and those in experimental group were fed diets supplemented with 100 mg/kg protease and reduced by 5%~6%crude protein and four kind of amino acids.The experiment lasted for 40 d and was divided into three stages(0~14 d of age,15~33 d of age and 34~40 d of age).The results showed that the gastric transgastric capacity(i.e.,residual enzyme activity)of the three proteases were 0,1.3%and 88.1%respectively,and fed pepsin was the highest.The apparent digestibility of protein in control group and experimental group was 57.3%and 61.8%respectively,and the protease added in experimental group was increased by 7.9%compared with control group(P<0.01).There was no significant differences in average daily gain,feed to gain and survival rate of broilers in experimental group compared with control group(P>0.05).The study indicates that it is feasible to add appropriate protease to the diet and further reduce the content of 5%~6%crude protein and amino acid.
