两芯高压直流海缆的经济性及施工可行性分析

摘要 本工作结合我国已投运的3个高压直流海底电缆工程,以直流海缆的原材料成本和敷设成本作为典型经济性指标,针对3个工程项目的两芯直流海缆结构,经过成本对比可知采用两芯直流海缆的原材料成本增加,敷设成本减少,其中海捆型海缆原材料成本增加约13%~20%,敷设成本减少约22%~34%,护绞型海缆成本增加约25%~38%,敷设成本减少约13%~24%,随着电压等级和敷设距离的增加,两芯直流海缆经济性逐渐提高。针对±525 kV 3000 mm^(2)海捆和护绞两种特高压、大截面型式海缆,考虑设备尺寸和承载等方面,通过电缆敷设船上的设备能力计算分析,可知目前国内外船舶能力暂不满足需求,两芯特高压大截面直流海缆的施工可行性需要进一步提高。 Combining with the three high voltage direct current(HVDC)submarine cables projects that have been put into operation in China.The costs of raw materials and laying of the DC submarine cables were taken as typical economic indicators,aiming at the double-core DC submarine cable structure of the three engineering projects.By comparing analysis,the raw materials costs of the DC submarine cables increased and the laying costs decreased.Among them,the raw materials costs of the sea bundle type double-core submarine cables increased by about 13%-20%,the laying costs decreased by about 22%-34%,and the stranded type double-core submarine cables costs increased by about 25%-38%,and the laying costs were reduced by about 13%-24%,with the increase of voltage level and laying distance,the economy of double-core DC submarine cables was gradually improved.In view of±525 kV 3000 mm^(2)sea bundle and sheath strand ultra high voltage(UHV),large cross-section type submarine cables,considering equipment size and bearing capacity,through calculation and analysis of equipment capacity on cable laying ships,it can be seen that the current domestic and foreign ship capacity is temporarily not meeting the demand,and the construction feasibility of double-core UHV large cross-section direct current submarine cables needs to be further improved.
