摘要
结合动态能力理论和创新能力的相关研究,在创新生态系统视角下聚焦数字创新的组织属性,重构了企业数字创新能力的内涵、结构并进行量表开发与检验:(1)基于国内外文献,对跨行业、跨层级、跨职能的51名企业管理者进行访谈并编码;(2)探索性因子分析(N=226)净化量表,确定"数字技术基础能力、数字技术融合能力、创新需求捕捉能力、创新系统协同能力"4个子能力维度共22个题项;(3)验证性因子分析(N=245)等方法检验量表,验证了数字创新能力的有效性。
Combining with the dynamic capability theory and relevant research on innovation capability,this paper focuses on the organizational attributes of digital innovation from the perspective of innovation ecosystem,reconstructs the connotation and structure of digital innovation capability,and develops and tests the scale.Firstly,based on analysis of literature,51 enterprise managers across industries,levels and functions are interviewed,and then texts are coded.Secondly,the exploratory factor analysis(N=226)is used to identify the four dimensions of"digital technology-based capability,digital technology integration capability,innovation demand capture capability and innovation synergistic capability",with 22 items in total.Thirdly,confirmatory factor analysis(N=245)and other methods are adopted to test the scale so as to verify the effectiveness of digital innovation capability.
