摘要
目的分析肝硬化腹水治疗时,采取真武汤联合耳穴埋豆的价值。方法随机选取2019年12月—2020年12月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院收治的90例肝硬化腹水患者,按照随机数表法分为对照1组(n=30)以真武汤治疗,对照2组(n=30)行耳穴埋豆治疗,观察组(n=30)行真武汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗,比较3组治疗效果、肝功能指标、中医证候积分、营养指标。结果观察组治疗效果(96.67%)高于对照1组(73.33%)、对照2组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肝功能指标及营养指标明显优于对照1组、对照2组,中医证候积分明显低于对照1组、对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化腹水患者采取真武汤联合耳穴埋豆治疗,具有较高临床价值,能够提高治疗效果,改善患者临床症状及营养指标。
Objective To analyze the value of Zhenwu decoction combined with ear-point burying bean in ascites treatment of cirrhosis.Methods Randomly selected 90 patients with liver cirrhosis and ascites admitted to Jilin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Jilin Province from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group 1(n=30)treated with Zhenwu Tang,and control group 2(n=30)treated with ear point embedding beans,the observation group(n=30)was treated with Zhenwu Tang combined with ear point embedding beans,and the treatment effects,liver function indicators,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and nutritional indicators were compared among the three groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group 1(73.33%)and the control group 2(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).After treatment,the liver function and nutritional indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group 1 and control group 2,and the TCM syndrome scores were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with ascites of cirrhosis with Zhenwu decoction combined with ear-point burying beans has high clinical value,can improve the therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms and nutritional indicators of patients.
