摘要
明挖深沟槽安全事故应急管理对于避免事故进一步扩大、降低人员伤亡和经济损失具有重要意义。论文主要以哈尔滨某明挖深沟槽工程为研究对象,结合工程的特点与施工工艺的实际情况,对该工程危险源和环境因素的识别和评价,进而制定该项目发生紧急情况或事故的应急措施,开展应急知识教育和应急演练,提高现场操作人员应急能力,最终使应急救援预案可以保证工程的顺利施工和完工。
The emergency management of safety accidents of open-cut deep trenches is of great significance to avoid further expansion of accidents and reduce casualties and economic losses.This paper mainly takes an opencut deep trench project in Harbin as the research object,identifies and evaluates the hazard sources and environmental factors of this project in combination with the characteristics of the project and the actual conditions of construction technology,then formulates emergency measures for emergencies or accidents in this project,carries out emergency knowledge education and emergency drills,and improves the emergency response ability of the on-site operators,so that finally the emergency rescue plan can ensure the smooth construction and completion of the project.
