摘要
热轧带钢宽度精度控制是热轧产品的重要指标之一,特别是随着钢铁行业竞争的日趋激烈,下游用户对热轧原料的宽度控制精度要求进一步提高。良好的热轧宽度控制精度,可以有效降低下游冷轧工序的边部切损率,提高冷轧成材率,降低冷轧成本并提高经济效益。分析了热轧带钢宽度精度偏差的原因,提出了基于热轧粗轧机宽度模型控制、精轧机活套控制、卷取拉窄控制等的改善措施。指出实际生产过程中要根据钢种、规格以及成品宽度曲线的不同,分析宽度异常产生的原因,并有针对性地进行宽度控制模型优化,提升控制精度。
The width accuracy control of hot-rolled strip is one of the important indicators of hot-rolled products,especially with the increasingly fierce competition in the steel industry,the width control accuracy requirements of downstream users for hot-rolled raw materials are further improved.Good hot-rolling width control accuracy can effectively reduce the edge cutting rate of the downstream cold rolling process,improve the cold-rolled material rate,reduce the cold rolling cost and improve economic benefits.The reasons for the deviation of the width accuracy of hot-rolled strip are analyzed,and improvement measures based on the width model control of hot-rolled roughing mill,the looping control of the finishing mill,and the control of winding and narrowing are proposed.It is pointed out that in the actual production process,the causes of width abnormalities should be analyzed according to the different steel grades,specifications and finished product width curves,and the width control model should be optimized in a targeted manner to improve the control accuracy.
