摘要
在Fluent模拟平台中建立压缩机模型,从运动学和力学两方面分析压缩机排气过程,采集压缩机排出的气体,采用红外线吸收法测定压缩机排出气体的含油量。结果表明,测定结果受红外线波长、四氯化碳溶液浓度及放置时长和存储容器的影响,选用波长为3.4μm的中红外线、采用刚蒸馏出的存储在玻璃容器中的四氯化碳溶液制作测定试剂测定压缩机排出气体的含油量,才能得到精准的结果。
It builds a compressor model in the Fluent simulation platform,analyzes the compressor exhaust process from both kinematics and mechanics,collects the gas discharged by the compressor,and measures the oil content of the gas discharged by the compressor using infrared absorption method.The results show that the measurement results are influenced by infrared wavelength,carbon tetrachloride solution concentration,storage time,and storage container,and 3.4μm infrared wave is selected.The results can only be obtained by using a newly distilled carbon tetrachloride solution stored in a glass container to produce a measuring reagent,and determine the oil content of the gas discharged from the compressor using mid infrared light.
