防水型单层衬砌在青岛地铁硬岩隧道中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 在探讨青岛地铁硬岩隧道既往所用复合式衬砌问题的基础上,提出了防水型单层衬砌的结构形式。通过对该衬砌的技术特点及其在硬岩隧道中应用优势的分析,确定了在青岛地铁工程中使用该型衬砌的合理性。依托青岛地铁硬岩隧道试验段工程,对防水型单层衬砌的设计参数、施工工艺、质量控制措施进行了研究,并采用现场试验结果和监测数据进行了验证。结果表明:通过严格控制施工工艺和作业流程,防水型单层衬砌的高强喷射纤维混凝强度和抗裂性均满足硬岩隧道永久支护的要求;衬砌中喷涂防水层的应用,不仅较好解决了喷射混凝土防水抗渗性能差的缺陷,夹层较强的黏结力也使得多层喷射混凝土间能够形成共同承载体系;试验段隧洞内和地面各项监测数据均较为平稳。在硬岩隧道中采用防水型单层衬砌可避免传统复合式衬砌的部分固有缺陷,其力学性能、抗渗性能、夹层黏结强度均可满足地铁隧道的要求。 Based on the discussion of conventional composite lining used in Qingdao Metro hard-rock tunnel,the structure form of waterproof single-layer lining is proposed.Through analysis of the technical features of this lining and its application advantage in hard-rock tunnel,the reasonability of adopting this lining type in Qingdao Metro project is determined.Based on the hard-rock tunnel test section project of Qingdao Metro,the design parameters,construction techniques and quality control measures of waterproof single-layer lining are studied,and then verified by field-monitored results and test data.The results show that:through strict control of construction techniques and operation process,the strength and crack resistance of high-strength fiber-reibforced shotcrete concrete for waterproof single-layer lining meet the requirements of hard-rock tunnel permanent support.The application of sprayed waterproof interlayer on the lining solves the poor waterproof and anti-seepage performance of shotcrete,and the strong adhesive force of interlayer makes the multi-layer shotcrete form a common bearing system.The monitoring data in the tunnel and on the ground of the test section are both relatively stable.Using waterproof single-layer lining in hard-rock tunnel can avoid some inherent defects of conventional composite lining,and its mechanical property,anti-seepage performance and adhesive force strength can meet the requirements of metro tunnels.
