摘要
结合脲类化合物和1,2,3-三氮唑结构的活性特点,设计并合成了4个含有二苯基脲和带有不同取代基的1,2,3-三氮唑类化合物,然后采集合适的黄牛胃液,把所得到的化合物进行脲酶抑制活性测试,实验结果发现,所得到的化合物针对脲酶抑制活性表现良好。
In this study,based on the activity characteristics of urea compounds and 1,2,3-triazoles structure,four N,N-diphenyl urea derivatives were designed and synthesized.Then appropriate gastric juice of cattle was collected,and the obtained compounds were tested for urease inhibition activity.The obtained compounds showed good inhibitory activity against urease.
