摘要
子宫切除术是最常见的妇科手术之一。从第1例子宫切除术以来,除了传统的经腹子宫切除术,手术路径也变得更加丰富,对不同需求患者因人制宜,选择最佳路径不仅能减轻疾病带来的痛苦,而且也能尽可能降低手术带来的影响,促进患者的恢复,减少术后并发症的产生。随着思想观念的放开,人们对愉悦的性生活的需求逐渐升高,手术路径对术后性功能的影响成为许多女性手术前焦虑的原因。文章从性心理学的角度分析不同路径子宫切除术对患者术后性心理健康的影响。
Hysterectomy is one of the most common gynecological surgeries.Since the first case of hysterectomy,in addition to the traditional transabdominal hysterectomy(AH),the surgical pathway has become more abundant.For patients with different needs,choosing the best pathway can not only reduce the pain caused by the disease,but also minimize the impact of surgery,promote the recovery of patients,and reduce postoperative complications.With the liberalization of ideas and concepts,people's demand for a pleasant sexual life gradually increases,and the impact of the surgical pathway on postoperative sexual function has become the cause of anxiety before surgery for many women.This article analyzes the effects of different hysterectomy pathways on patients'postoperative sexual health from the perspective of sexual psychology.
