摘要
随着公司不断研发新产品,拓宽高端产品的领域如汽车板、家电板进程的加强,实验室管理水平和检测能力的提升是实验室管理者必须思考的问题。实验室管理及其检测能力,直接关系着检测实验室的整体检验水平,同时也是确保检测结果准确、及时,满足客户检验需求的关键。本文介绍了实验室在装备水平、人员技术及管理水平三个方面的提升,通过装备能力的提升、试验现场标准化管理、测量管理体系规范化及实验室申报CNAS认可等措施提升了实验室管理水平和检测能力。
As the company continues to develop new products,expand the field of high-end products such as automobile plate,home appliance plate process strengthening,laboratory management level and detection ability improvement is the laboratory manager must think about the problem.Laboratory management and testing ability,directly related to the overall testing level of the testing laboratory,but also to ensure that the test results are accurate,timely,to meet the customer inspection needs of the key.This paper introduces the laboratory in the equipment level,personnel technology and management level of three aspects of the improvement,through the improvement of equipment capacity,test site standardized management,measurement management system standardization and laboratory declaration of CNAS accreditation measures to improve the laboratory management level and testing ability.
