摘要
[目的/意义]以用户需求为中心,以研究型图书馆信息服务形式为切入点,探究研究型图书馆服务科研院所科技成果转化的服务模式以及图书馆深化服务的途径。[方法/过程]通过文献研究、访谈与问卷调查、案例研究法,挖掘科研人员在科技成果转化不同阶段的信息服务需求,构建覆盖科技成果转化全流程的服务模式,提出研究型图书馆深化科技成果转化服务的实践方向。[结果/结论]系统性层级式的科技信息服务模式,能够为研究型图书馆的服务实践提供参考。研究型图书馆应敢于探索创新的、深入的服务形式,搭建科研院所与市场间的信息桥梁,在加强图书馆核心竞争力的同时,促进科研院所的科技成果转化。
[Purpose/Significance]Centering on user demand and starting from the information service form of research library,this paper explores the service mode of research library to serve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of research institutes and the ways to deepen service.[Method/Process]Through literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,and case study method,the information service needs of researchers at different stages of scientific and technological achievement transformation were explored,a service model covering the whole process of scientific and technological achievement transformation was constructed,and the practical direction of research libraries to deepen the service of scientific and technological achievement transformation was proposed.[Result/Conclusion]The systematic hierarchical science and technology information service model can provide reference for the service practice of research libraries.Research libraries should dare to explore innovative and in-depth service forms to build an information bridge between research institutes and the market.While strengthening the core competitiveness of libraries,they can promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of research institutes.
