摘要
[目的/意义]明确科学数据服务产品体系能够指导科学数据服务工作的开展,推动数据规范化使用与质量控制的进程,提升科学数据利用效率与效益。[方法/过程]梳理国内外科学数据服务现状与不足,从数据服务阶段与用户两个角度分析科学数据服务需求,探究图书馆提供科学数据服务的优势能力与条件。[结果/结论]基于供需对应的视角构建包括政策规划、技术支撑、知识情报等在内的十种图书馆科学数据服务产品,推动科学数据服务系统化发展。
[Purpose/Significance] Clarifying the scientific data service product system can guide the development of scientific data services,promote the process of standardized use and quality control of data,and then improve the efficiency of scientific data utilization.[Method/Process]This paper combed the current situation and shortcomings of scientific data services at home and abroad,analyzed the demand for scientific data services from the perspectives of data lifecycle and users,and discussed the advantages and abilities of libraries in providing scientific data services.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the perspective of supply and demand correspondence,this paper constructs a series of library scientific data service product system including policy planning,technical support and knowledge analysis to promote the systematic development of scientific data service.
