摘要
产后抑郁症(PPD)是妇产科常见的一种精神疾病,其发病对家庭、社会及自身健康有重大影响,近年来逐渐成为研究的焦点。中医认为,PPD与“肝藏血,血舍魂”有密切关系。肝气郁结、气血亏虚是PPD的病因病机,中医学对于本病的治疗重视以“疏肝解郁,养血柔肝”为大法。本文以“肝藏血,血舍魂”理论为先导,基于“肝藏血,血舍魂”的功能特点、中医对于PPD病理基础的论述、“肝藏血,血舍魂”生理功能异常对PPD发病机制的影响及现代医学对“肝藏血,血舍魂”与PPD发病的认识这4个方面进行探讨,期望能给中医药治疗PPD提供更多思路,从而更好地指导临床实践。
Postpartum depression(PPD)is a common psychiatric disease in obstetrics and gynecology,and gradually becomes the focus of research in recent years due to its significant impact on family,society,and health.PPD is closely related to the theory of"liver stores blood and blood sheds soul"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of qi and blood are the causes and pathogenesis of PPD.TCM attaches great importance to the treatment of this disease by"soothing the liver,relieving depression,nourishing blood,and softening the liver".Guided by the theory of"liver stores blood and blood sheds soul",this paper explored the functional.characteristics based on"liver stores blood and blood sheds soul",the pathogenesis of PPD in TCM,the influence of abnormal physiological function of"liver stores blood and blood sheds soul"on the pathogenesis of PPD,and the understanding of modern medicine on"liver stores blood and blood sheds soul"and the pathogenesis of PPD,aiming to provide more ideas for TCM in the treatment of PPD to better guide clinical practice.
