摘要
目的探讨胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法回顾性分析东升医院2020年3月—2022年3月收治的100例2型糖尿病患者,根据用药方法将其分为胰岛素组(n=48)与联合用药组(n=52)。比较两组患者治疗前后的血糖、血脂、胰岛素、氧化应激指标、血糖变异指数以及治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合用药组的FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c均低于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组的SDBG、LAGE、PPGE、MODD均低于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组的TC、TG、ApoB低于胰岛素组,ApoA1高于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组的FINS高于胰岛素组,HOMA-IR低于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合用药组的SOD高于胰岛素组,MDA、8-OhdG低于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组的治疗效果优于胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病患者可以控制血糖、调节血脂、有效改善胰岛素功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of insulin combined with liraglutide on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Dongsh⁃eng Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into insulin group(n=48)and combination group(n=52)according to medication methods.Blood glucose,blood lipid,insulin,oxidative stress index,glycemic variation index and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,FPG,2 hPG and HbA1c in the combination group were lower than those in the insulin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SDBG,LAGE,PPGE and MODD in the combination group were lower than those in the insulin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and ApoB in the combination group were lower than those in the insulin group,while ApoA1 was higher than that in the insulin group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FINS in combination group was higher than that in insulin group,and HOMA-IR was lower than that in insulin group,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SOD in combination treatment group was higher than that in insulin group,MDA and 8-OhdG were lower than those in insulin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of combination medication group was better than that of insulin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin combined with liraglutide in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can control blood glucose,regulate blood lipid and effectively improve insulin function.
