摘要
目的 探讨加味桂枝茯苓汤合血府逐瘀汤对卵巢囊肿患者卵巢功能及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2021年1月本院收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(49例)和观察组(51例),对照组脱落1例,观察组脱落3例,两组均有48例患者入组。对照组给予加味桂枝茯苓汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味血府逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的抗苗勒试管激素(AMH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平均升高,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的IL-1β、IL-6、vWF水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 加味桂枝茯苓汤合血府逐瘀汤治疗卵巢囊肿效果较好,能够改善患者卵巢功能,调节IL-1β、IL-6、vWF水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effects of modified Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on ovarian function and levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and von Willebrand factor(vWF)in patients with ovarian cyst.Methods From January 2018 to January 2021,100 patients with ovarian cyst admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(49 cases)and observation group(51 cases),there were 1 cases in the control group and 3 case in the observation group fell off,there were 48 patients in both groups.The control group was treated with modified Guizhi Fuling decoction,and the observation group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)and estradiol(E_(2))in the two groups increased,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and vWF in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Fuling decoction combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction is effective in the treatment of ovarian cyst.It can improve the ovarian function of patients and regulate the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and vWF.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
