摘要
目的:观察“阴阳互引灸法”对中晚期胃癌患者化疗后骨髓抑制情况及生活质量的影响,探讨“阴阳互引灸法”对胃癌患者的减毒增效作用。方法:纳入58例晚期胃癌患者,采用随机对照试验方法分为对照组(化疗+基础治疗)和治疗组(化疗+基础治疗+“阴阳互引灸法”),各29例,疗程为6个化疗周期。疗程结束后,观察两组患者治疗前后骨髓抑制及生活质量情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组及对照组Ⅲ、Ⅳ级骨髓抑制发生率分别为10%及31%,治疗组骨髓抑制情况得到改善。治疗后,治疗组患者血清中白细胞、血小板和血红蛋白水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组较治疗前白细胞明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组白细胞数值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组血小板和血红蛋白水平较对照组有所升高(P>0.05)。治疗组躯体功能、症状/副作用评分较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);治疗组症状/副作用、社会功能评分较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:“阴阳互引灸法”可降低胃癌化疗患者的骨髓抑制等级,改善其生活质量,起到减毒增效作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of"Yin-Yang reacting moxibustion"on myelosuppression and quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer after chemotherapy,and to explore the attenuating and synergistic effect of"Yin-Yang reacting moxibustion"on patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Fifty-eight patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group(n=29)and treatment group(n=29).The course of treatment was 6 cycles.At the end of the course of treatment,the changes of myelosuppression and quality of life in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the curative effect among the three groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of neutrophils in serum increased(P<0.05),and the levels of leukocytes,platelets,neutrophils and hemoglobin in serum in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all areas and total scores of quality of life in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea,vomiting and stomach discomfort was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion with mutual introduction of yin and yang can reduce the grade of myelosuppression,improve their quality of life,reduce toxicity and increase efficiency in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
