摘要
目的:探讨吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合辨证施膳在缺血性中风后肢体康复中的护理干预效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年3月贵溪市中医院行康复治疗的78例缺血性中风患者,用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,均39例。对照组行西医常规护理,观察组基于西医常规护理行吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合辨证施膳。比较两组神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、肢体康复评分[欧洲卒中量表(ESS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)]、痉挛改善程度及满意度。结果:干预1个月,观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低,ESS评分、ADL评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预1个月观察组痉挛改善程度较对照组好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为97.44%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缺血性中风患者采用吴茱萸穴位贴敷联合辨证施膳干预可改善神经功能,促使肢体康复,且可缓解肢体痉挛情况,提高患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention of Evodia Rutaecarpa acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation diet in limb rehabilitation after ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 78 patients with ischemic stroke who received rehabilitation treatment from June 2020 to March 2022 in Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table,39 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medical nursing,while the observation group received Evodia Rutaecarpa acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation diet based on western medical nursing.The neurological function[national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)],limb rehabilitation score[European stroke scale(ESS),ability of daily living scale(ADL)],spasticity improvement and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After 1 month of intervention,NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,ESS score and ADL score were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,the improvement degree of spasm of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evodia Rutaecarpa acupoint application combined with syndrome differentiation diet can improve neural function,promote limb rehabilitation,relieve limb spasm and improve patient satisfaction in patients with ischemic stroke.
