肝硬化失代偿期食管静脉曲张合并食管鳞癌1例

A case of esophageal squamous carcinoma complicating decompensated liver cirrhosis with esophageal varices

摘要 报道1例肝硬化失代偿期食管静脉曲张合并食管鳞癌的老年女性患者的诊治过程。患者以吞咽困难和腹胀就诊,体格检查发现有脾肿大和腹水,食管造影示食管中段癌,胃镜检查活检病理提示食管中段鳞癌,CT和胃镜均发现食管下段胃底静脉曲张。此类型患者少见,预后不佳,胃镜检查和临床诊治风险大,应引起临床医生注意。
