甲状腺海绵状血管瘤1例

A case of hemangioma cavernosum in the thyroid gland

摘要 甲状腺海绵状血管瘤临床罕见,临床上对其认识不足。该病病因不明,多继发于创伤、细针穿刺活检或颈部操作。该文报道1例患者,无医源性操作史,病理诊断为原发性甲状腺海绵状血管瘤,以供超声科及甲状腺外科医师参考。
