摘要
目的:归纳我国医院药品物流管理模式。方法:总结了我国医院药房药品物流经济管理模式的发展。结果:根据药房药品经济管理的广度和深度分成一级、二级、三级管理模式。对各级管理模式的内涵及其优缺点进行了较详细的阐述。结论:零库存三级管理模式值得尝试。
Objective: To sum up the economic management mode of medicine flow in Chinese hospital. Method: The development of economic management mode of medicine flow in hospital was summarized. Result: According to extent and depth of economic management, the economic management mode was classified as the first, second, and third grade. The connotation of each grade and its advangages and disadvantages had been expounded. Conclusion: The third grade management mode with zero storage is worthy to be attempted.
