摘要
目的:探讨外侧眶隔脂肪释放反向折叠重置对上睑凹陷的修复效果及安全性分析。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年12月笔者科室收治的78例上睑凹陷患者,行外侧眶隔脂肪释放反向折叠重置术。记录患者术后修复效果,治疗前后进行上睑凹陷分级,记录手术并发症发生情况及满意度。结果:所有患者修复总有效率为96.15%;治疗后患者上睑凹陷分级情况显著优于治疗前(P<0.05);术后随访发现患者均未出现眼睑闭合不全、下睑皮肤瘀斑、睁眼困难等并发症,轻微肿胀3例,未经处理自行缓解,1例出现切口感染,抗生素处理后痊愈;患者总满意度为91.03%。结论:外侧眶隔脂肪释放反向折叠重置修复上睑凹陷效果显著,可有效改善上睑凹陷临床症状,且患者满意度高,安全性良好。
Objective To investigate the repair effect and safety of lateral orbital septal fat release reverse folding replacement for upper eyelid depression.Methods A total of 78 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted to the author's hospital from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected for reverse folding replacement of lateral orbital septum fat release reverse fold replacement.The postoperative repair effect was recorded,the upper eyelid depression was graded before and after treatment,and the incidence of surgical complications and satisfaction were recorded.Results The total response rate was 96.15%in all patients.The grading of upper eyelid depression after treatment was significantly better than that before treatment(P<0.05).Postoperative follow-up showed that there were no complications such as incomplete eyelid closure,ecchymosis of lower eyelid skin,and difficulty in opening eyes.3 cases had mild swelling,which was relieved without treatment;1 case had incision infection,which was cured after antibiotic treatment.The total satisfaction of patients was 91.03%.Conclusion The effect of lateral orbital septum fat release reverse fold replacement in the repair of depressed upper eyelid is significant,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of depressed upper eyelid,with high patient satisfaction and good safety.
