摘要
目的利用信息化管理手段解决科研设备在传统管理模式下无法获取使用率的问题。方法以文献研究法、案例分析法、调查法等为基础,建设实验室智能化管理系统,利用信息系统实时监测跟踪设备使用率,在此基础上搭建科研设备使用率评判体系。结果通过信息系统的监测实现了科研设备使用率的数据量化。系统上线后,科研设备的使用时长、使用率均较之前有显著提高(P<0.05)。结论信息化系统的建设提升了科研人员的仪器预约使用体验感,降低了科研成本,提高了科研设备使用效率。
Objective To solve the problem that the utilization rate of scientific research equipment cannot be obtained under the traditional management mode by using information management means.Methods Mainly based on the literature research,case analysis and investigation method,the laboratory intelligent management system was built,and the information system was used to monitor and track the utilization rate of equipment in real time.On this basis,the evaluation system of the utilization rate of scientific research equipment was built.Results The data quantification of the utilization rate of scientific research equipment was realized through the monitoring of information system.After the system went online,the use time and utilization rate of scientific research equipment were significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of information system has improved the equipment reservation experience of scientific researchers,reduced the scientific research cost,and improved the utilization rate of scientific research equipment.
