摘要
植物在生长和发育过程中不断面临着各种生物和非生物胁迫,包括低温、干旱、盐渍、病虫害等.在面对逆境胁迫时植物依靠自身去抵抗,这些抵抗涉及到植物自身的信号转导、传递以及下游基因的响应等,转录因子作为整个过程重要的衔接枢纽,可以激活与该逆境相关的下游基因的转录.因此,对于植物转录因子家族的研究成为进一步探索植物抵抗逆境过程的热门领域.其中,AP2/ERF转录因子家族在植物逆境响应中发挥着重要的作用,已证明该转录因子家族的部分成员可以适当地抑制或减弱逆境响应以维持植物抗逆过程中的正常生长.对近年来AP2/ERF转录因子家族的结构和功能以及在植物逆境响应中发挥的作用进行阐述,并对该转录因子家族的进一步研究进行展望.
Plants are constantly facing various biological and non-biological stresses during their growth and development,including low temperature,drought,salinity,plant diseases and insect pests.Plants rely on themselves to resist when facing adversity stress,which involves the signal transduction and transmission of plants as well as the response of downstream genes.As an important connecting hub of the whole process,transcription factors can activate the transcription of downstream genes related to the adversity.Therefore,the research on plant transcription factor family has become a hot field for researchers to further explore the process of plants resisting adversity.Among them,the AP2/ERF transcription factor family plays an important role in plant stress response.It has been proved that some members of this transcription factor family can appropriately inhibit or attenuate stress response to maintain the normal growth of plants in the process of stress resistance.The structure and functions of the AP2/ERF transcription factor family as well as its role in plant stress response in recent years are described,and further research on this transcription factor family is prospected.
