面向动环加工工艺的低温端面密封试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 某型号发动机作为长征八号运载火箭的二级发动机,其涡轮泵中采用端面密封的结构形式,为了确保端面密封性能,需对其进行低温端面密封试验。其中某端面密封中动环的动压槽加工合格率一直很低,为了适应高密度的发射需求,需对某端面密封的动环加工工艺进行改进。介绍了某动环的结构及其动压槽的不同加工工艺的特点,并对不同加工工艺的动压槽的微观形貌进行测量,采用理论仿真及地面试验相结合的方式,对改进工艺后的端面密封性能进行评价。经试验验证,不同加工工艺的动环对低温密封性能有较大的影响,这为今后动环的设计及加工改进提供了借鉴意义。 A certain type of engine is the second-stage engine of the Long March 8(LM-8)launch vehicle.The structure of face seal is applied to the turbine pump.The face seal running test is necessary to ensure the face sealing performance.The groove machining qualification rate of the rotation ring is always very low.In order to reach the requirement of high density launch,the machining process of the rotation ring is improved.The structure of the rotation ring and the characteristics of different machining process are introduced,and the difference is showed by measuring the micro morphology of the groove.The sealing performance of the face seal with different machining processes is evaluated by combining theoretical simulation and running test.The study shows that different machining processes of the rotation ring have a great impact on the low-temperature sealing performance,which provides a reference for the design and improvement of the rotation ring in the future.
