摘要
针对人类保持通气方面,人体呼吸肌中膈肌发挥着重要作用。膈肌障碍在人群中的发病率较高,并且膈肌障碍会造成患者运动耐力下降和呼吸衰竭,但目前对膈肌功能的临床评价却没有引起足够的重视。超声作为一种可重复、无创、低风险的检查方法,已广泛应用于临床实践,具有评估不同严重程度的膈肌功能障碍,预测病情转归,指导制定治疗决策等重要意义。本文围绕超声评估膈肌功能障碍的检测进展展开综述。
The diaphragm plays an important role in the human respiratory muscles in terms of maintaining ventilation.The prevalence of diaphragmatic dysfunction is high in the population,and it can cause exercise endurance decline and respiratory failure in patients.However,the clinical evaluation of diaphragm function has not been paid enough attention.Ultrasound has been widely used in clinical practice as a reproducible,noninvasive,and low-risk examination method that has the importance of assessing diaphragmatic dysfunction at different levels of severity,predicting disease regression,and guiding the development of treatment decisions.This article reviews the progress of ultrasound assessment of diaphragmatic dysfunction.
