摘要
目的:分析认知行为护理模式在抑郁症患者护理干预中的效果。方法:选取2021年12月至2022年10月福建省厦门医学院附属第二医院急诊感染病区收治的抑郁症患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34组。观察组患者采取认知行为护理干预,对照组患者则采取常规护理干预。比较分析2组患者护理前后的自杀态度变化、睡眠质量以及心理状态评分情况。结果:护理前,2组患者的自杀态度变化、睡眠质量以及心理状态评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的自杀态度变化以及应对方式评分高于对照组,睡眠质量以及心理状态评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在抑郁症患者护理干预中,采用认知行为护理干预方法可以提升患者的睡眠质量并有效扭转自杀态度,是一种积极可行具有优势的临床护理方法。
Objective:To analyze the effect of cognitive behavior nursing model in nursing intervention of depression patients.Methods:A total of 68 patients with depression who were admitted to Emergency infection area of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from December 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,34 groups per group according to the random number table method.The patients in the observation group received cognitive behavioral nursing intervention,while the patients in the control group received routine nursing to understand the change of suicide attitude and sleep quality and psychological state score of the patients in the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in suicide attitude,sleep quality,and psychological state scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing,the observation group had higher scores for suicidal attitude and coping styles compared to the control group,and lower scores for sleep quality and psychological state compared to the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing intervention of depression patients,cognitive behavioral nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality of patients and effectively reverse suicide attitude,which is a positive,feasible and advantageous clinical nursing method.
