摘要
目的:研究精细护理对新生儿腹泻的应用价值及对患儿睡眠的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的腹泻患儿68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精细护理,比较2组平均住院时间、住院期间每日睡眠(日间、夜间)时间、住院期间入睡后惊醒次数。结果:观察组平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院期间,观察组每天日间、夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,入睡后惊醒次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿,显效人数更多,护理后治疗的有效率高于对照组患儿,观察组家属的满意率97.06%,明显高于对照组家属护理满意度85.29%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予腹泻患儿精细护理有利于促进病情改善,缩短住院时间,提高患儿睡眠质量,患儿家属对护理的满意度更高,护理后治疗效果更好,护理效果显著,建议临床护理推广使用。
Objective:To study the application value of fine nursing in neonatal diarrhea and its influence on sleep of children.Methods:A total of 68 children with diarrhea admitted to the First Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received fine care.The average hospitalization time,daily sleep(day and night)time during hospitalization,and the number of awakenings after falling asleep during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The average hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During hospitalization,the observation group slept longer during the day and night than the control group,and had fewer awakenings after falling asleep than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had a larger number of patients who showed significant improvement,and the effective rate of post-care treatment was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rate of the observation group′s family members was 97.06%,which was significantly higher than the nursing satisfaction rate of the control group′s family members,which was 85.29%.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Careful nursing care for children with diarrhea is conducive to improving the condition,shortening the length of stay,and improving the sleep quality of patients.The family members of patients are more satisfied with the nursing care.The treatment effect is better after nursing care,and the nursing effect is significant.It is suggested that clinical nursing should be popularized.
