摘要
目的:探讨诱导睡眠对肾癌根治术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2022年12月河北省承德市丰宁满族自治县医院收治的在本院行根治术的肾癌患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者术后给予常规干预,观察组患者术后在常规干预的基础上给予诱导睡眠干预,比较2组患者的心理状况、睡眠质量及生命质量。结果:患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分在干预后观察组都明显低于对照组。患者的癌症患者生命质量定量表(QLQ-LC43)评分在干预后观察组明显高于对照组。结论:诱导睡眠能明显降低肾癌根治术患者的负性情绪,提高患者的睡眠质量及生命质量,值得在临床上应用与推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of induced sleep on sleep quality in patients with renal carcinoma after radical surgery.Methods:A total of 80 renal cancer patients who underwent radical surgery at Fengning Manchu Autonomous County Hospital in Chengde City,Hebei Province from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group patients were given routine intervention after surgery,while the observation group patients were given induced sleep intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The psychological status,sleep quality,and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The patients′scores on the Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after intervention.The quality of life quantitative table(QLQ-LC43)score of cancer patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after intervention.Conclusion:Sleep induction can significantly reduce the negative emotions of patients undergoing radical nephrectom,improve the quality of sleep and life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
