摘要
在“三全育人”的背景下,针对化工类行业高校研究生教育方面的不足,提出实践育人共同体的建设,以立德树人为本,在传统的教育形式上推进科研实践育人,课堂教育与课外实践相互结合,深化思想政治教育,提高人才的培养质量。
Under the background of“Three All-around Education”,in view of the def iciencies in the education of postgraduates in chemical industry colleges and universities,the construction of a community of practice education is proposed,which is based on moral cultivation,promotes scientif ic research practice education in traditional education forms,combines classroom education with extracurricular practice,and deepens ideological and political education,improve the quality of talent training.
