摘要
下肢动脉血栓作为一种常见的血管疾病,在现阶段临床研究中的发病率非常高。临床研究显示介入治疗能够满足下肢动脉血栓患者的治疗需求,可以为患者的病情控制提供依据,具有较高的安全性。但在患者治疗过程中,应该做好患者的护理方案的选择工作,给予患者科学的护理支持,以此为患者的整体康复水平提升奠定基础。一般情况下,在患者护理指导过程中,应对下肢动脉血栓患者进行术前、术中、术后护理指导,帮助患者缓解紧张、不安等不良情绪,满足患者的合理需求,并在此基础上采用优化方案,为患者的疾病控制提供更有效的护理指导。鉴于此,本文对下肢动脉血栓介入治疗的护理进展进行综述,以期为下肢动脉血栓介入治疗患者的护理提供帮助。
As a common vascular disease,lower extremity arterial thrombosis has a very high incidence rate in the current clinical research.Clinical research shows that interventional therapy can meet the treatment needs of patients with lower extremity arterial thrombosis,and can provide a basis for patients'disease control,with high safety.However,in the treatment process of patients,we should do a good job in the selection of patients'nursing plans and provide scientific nursing support to patients,so as to lay a foundation for the improvement of the overall rehabilitation level of patients.Generally,in the process of patient nursing guidance,preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing guidance should be provided for patients with lower extremity arterial thrombosis to help patients relieve tension,anxiety and other adverse emotions,meeting the reasonable needs of patients,and on this basis,optimization programs should be adopted to provide more effective nursing guidance for disease control of patients.In view of this,this article reviews the nursing progress of interventional therapy of lower extremity arterial thrombosis,in order to provide help for the nursing of patients with lower extremity arterial thrombosis.
