摘要
目的探讨产房开放联合无痛分娩在孕产妇中的应用效果。方法选择2021年8月至2022年8月山东省妇幼保健院收治的90例孕产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=45)、对照组(n=45)。对照组给予无痛分娩,观察组给予产房开放联合无痛分娩,比较两组产程、疼痛评分及不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果观察组第一、二、三产程短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组镇痛后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产房开放联合无痛分娩在孕产妇中的应用效果显著,能有效缩短产程,降低疼痛程度及不良妊娠结局发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of open delivery room combined with painless delivery in pregnant women.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women admitted to Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from August 2021 to Augus t 2022 were s elected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group was given painless delivery,and the observation group was given open delivery room combined with painless delivery.The stage of labor,pain score and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after analgesia(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of open delivery room combined with painless delivery in pregnant women is significant,which can effectively shorten the stage of labor,reduce the degree of pain and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and is worthy of clinical application.
