基于逆作法的钢管柱高精度调垂固定施工技术 被引量:4

摘要 钢管柱作为基坑逆作施工过程中主要的竖向受力构件,其高质量的施工是逆作施工顺利实施的关键,其中钢管柱的垂直度则是直接影响竖向受力体系的受力以及稳定性,因此钢管柱的垂直精度是柱身品质更是整个逆作实施过程的重点及难点。本技术以某地下广场项目逆作法中的钢管柱施工为例,采用一种新型调垂装置完成钢管柱的调垂及固定工作,操作简单且快捷,施工精度高。从前期的生产安装到过程的使用上,简化了生产、运输、装拆及使用过程、减少复杂工序的工期投入、提高施工精度。 As the main vertical stress component in the reverse construction process of the foundation pit,the high-quality construction of the steel tube column is the key to the smooth implementation of the reverse work construction,among which the verticality of the steel tube column directly affects the force and stability of the vertical force system,so the vertical accuracy of the steel tube column is the quality of the column body and the focus and difficulty of the entire reverse work implementation process.This technology takes the construction of steel pipe columns in the reverse method of an underground square project as an example,and adopts a new type of vertical adjustment device to complete the vertical adjustment and fixing of steel pipe columns,which is simple and fast to operate and has high construction accuracy.From the pre-production installation to the use of the process,it simplifies the production,transportation,assembly and disassembly and use process,reduces the construction period input of complex processes,and improves the construction accuracy.
