摘要
保温储罐在石油化工行业中运用广泛,主要用于储存重质油品。目前保温储罐的保温层绝大多数采用内包硅酸铝毡棉,外用铝制或铁制薄板(瓦楞板)的方式进行制作。保温层能减少储罐热量损失,具有良好的节能作用,但由于有保温层的存在使得储罐罐壁的腐蚀情况不易被发现[1]。随着储罐的使用年限增加,罐壁腐蚀的几率增大,保温层下罐壁腐蚀造成的泄漏事故日益增多。为保障储罐的安全平稳运行,需对保温储罐腐蚀原因进行分析,并做好防范措施。
Thermal insulation storage tank is widely used in the petrochemical industry,mainly used for storing heavy oil products.At present,the vast majority of the insulation layer of the insulation storage tank is made of aluminum silicate felt cotton,and made of aluminum or iron thin plate(corrugated plate).The insulation layer can reduce the heat loss of the storage tank,which has a good energy saving effect,but due to the existence of the insulation layer,the corrosion of the storage tank wall is not easy to be found[1].With the increase of the service life of the storage tank,the probability of the tank wall corrosion increases,and the leakage accidents caused by the tank wall corrosion under the insulation layer are increasing.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the storage tank,it is necessary to analyze the corrosion causes of the thermal insulation storage tank and take preventive measures.
