摘要
水平轴风力机是一个刚柔耦合的复杂系统,其工作过程中会产生振动和变形,而这些变形会产生诸多危害,因而,风力机叶片变形是风力机叶片性能的一个重要指标,对其研究很有必要。本文基于先进三维数字图像相关法在风能太阳能利用技术教育部重点实验室(内蒙古工业大学)的风洞开口段搭建风力机叶片动态变形测量系统,对风力机叶片非接触式测量精度进行了评估,结果表明,考虑旋转的DIC算法适用于旋转被测物体的测量,不会出现去相关性问题,其测量精度适用于风力机叶片动态变形研究。
The horizontal axis wind turbine is a complex system with rigid flexible coupling,which generates vibration and deformation during its operation,which can cause many hazards.Therefore,the deformation of wind turbine blades is an important indicator of wind turbine blade performance,and research on it is necessary.This article builds a wind turbine blade dynamic deformation measurement system based on advanced 3D digital image correlation method in the wind tunnel opening section of the Key Laboratory of Wind Energy and Solar Energy Utilization Technology of the Ministry of Education(Inner Mongolia University of Technology),and evaluates the non-contact measurement accuracy of wind turbine blades.The results show that the DIC algorithm considering rotation is suitable for measuring rotating objects,and there will be no decorrelation problem,Its measurement accuracy is suitable for studying the dynamic deformation of wind turbine blades.
