摘要
本文针对稀土绿色荧光粉体晶型与发光性能影响因素予以分析,归纳在ESEM(电子显微镜)研究方法下,超声分散法实际用途,以此确定稀土荧光粉体晶型完整度与发光性能,常受煅烧温度、溶液酸碱度、激活剂含量影响,若能充分推荐超声分散制备技术,可降低体晶型破坏度,促使稀土绿色荧光粉产品得到可靠保障,有效优化发光性能。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of crystal form and luminescence performance of rare earth green phosphors,and summarizes the practical use of ultrasonic dispersion method under the ESEM(electron microscope)research method,so as to determine the crystal integrity and luminescence performance of rare earth phosphors,which are often affected by calcination temperature,solution pH and activator content.
