不同产地药食同源黄精的成分及体外抗氧化研究 被引量:16

Study on the Components and in Vitro Antioxidation of Medicine-Food Homologous Rhizoma Polygonati from Different Places of Origin

摘要 文章研究了8个不同产地黄精的营养成分及活性成分含量,并进行主成分分析,筛选出黄精优势产地,并对黄精水提物进行体外抗氧化活性测定,为进一步研究和利用黄精水提物作为天然抗氧化剂提供理论依据;根据食品国家标准对黄精的基本营养成分含量进行测定,测定黄精的总多糖、总黄酮、总皂苷、总酚含量,利用主成分分析法对不同产地黄精成分进行综合评价,筛选出黄精优势产地,并采用DPPH自由基、ABTS^(+)自由基以及超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(-))自由基清除率对不同产地黄精水提物的抗氧化能力进行评价。对各产地黄精的综合质量做出评价,其综合评分排序为Y_(福建)>Y_(四川)>Y_(安徽)>Y_(江西)>Y_(广西)>Y_(贵州)>Y_(湖南)>Y_(湖北),产自福建省漳州市的黄精综合评分最高,可达到1.561,福建、四川为黄精的优势产区。不同产地黄精水提物均有一定的自由基清除能力,且具有剂量依耐性,其中四川产黄精的DPPH自由基、ABTS^(+)自由基和超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(-))自由基清除能力最强。黄精须根中营养成分及活性成分种类多且含量丰富,不同产地黄精的水提物均具有抗氧化活性,可进行进一步的开发研究。 In this paper,the content of nutrients and active components of rhizoma polygonati from eight different places of origin is studied,the principal component analysis is carried out to screen out the dominant places of origin of rhizoma polygonati,and the in vitro antioxidant activity of rhizoma polygonati water extract is determined,which provides a theoretical basis for further research and utilization of rhizoma polygonati water extract as the natural antioxidant.According to the national food standards,the content of the basic nutrients of rhizoma polygonati is determined,the content of total polysaccharides,total flavonoids,total saponins and total phenols of rhizoma polygonati is determined,and the components of rhizoma polygonati from different places of origin are comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis to screen out the dominant places of origin of rhizoma polygonati.evaluated by DPPH free radical,ABTS^(+) free radical and superoxide anion(O_(2)^(-))free radical scavenging rates.The comprehensive quality of rhizoma polygonati from various places of origin is evaluated,the comprehensice scores are ranked as Y_(Fujian)>Y_(Sichuan)>Y_(Anhui)>Y_(Jiangxi)>Y_(Guangxi)>Y_(Guizhou)>Y_(Hunan)>Y_(Hubei).The comprehensice score of rhizoma polygonati from Zhangzhou,Fujian is the highest,which can reach 1.561.It can be seen that Fujian and Sichuan are the dominant places of origin of rhizoma polygonati.The water extracts of rhizoma polygonati from different places of origin all have certain free radical scavenging capacity and the scavenging capacity is dose-dependent,among which,the DPPH free radical,ABTS^(+) free radical and superoxide anion(O_(2)^(-))free radical scavenging capacity of rhizoma polygonati from Sichuan is the strongest.There are many kinds of nutrients and active components in the fibrous root of rhizoma polygonati,and their content is rich.The water extracts of rhizoma polygonati from different places of origin all have antioxidant activity,which can be further developed and studied.
