摘要
美军较早建立了全球兵力管理机制,实现对兵力资源的动态管理与运用,确保部队战斗力生成同时又能有效应对各类作战需要,深入研究美军兵力管理机制、手段和技术有着积极的借鉴意义。首先阐述美军全球和各军兵种兵力管理机制的概念视图、兵力池组织及管理流程,然后研究美参联会与陆军、海军兵力管理信息系统建设,分析后台支撑的数据资源与建模分析工作,最后提出一些启示。
The U.S.military establishes a global force management mechanism earlier to realize the dynamic management and use of force resources,ensures the force generation and effectively responds to various operations,deeply studying the U.S.military force management mechanism,means,technology has positive reference significance.Firstly,the paper summaries the conceptual view,force pool organization and management process of the global force management mechanism of the U.S.military and various services,and then studies the construction of the U.S.Joint Chiefs of Staff,the army and navy force management information system,and analyzes the data initiative and some simulation models behind,and finally puts forward some enlightenment.
