Objective To study the time domain changes of COP in static and dynamic modes and the coactivation index of muscles during postural control by using the postural control ability of people with different physical activities as the starting point. To explore the difference of postural control ability of college students with different physical activity levels. Methods The International General Physical Activity Questionnaire(IPAQ)was used to divide high and low physical activity groups.A 16-channel wireless remote sensing surface electromyography acquisition system(Delsys)and a three-dimensional dynamometer(Kistler)were used to select 20 subjects for static and dynamic postural control tests. Results The SOL/TA co-activation index of dominant legs was significantly affected by high and low physical activity group during EC(p<0.05),and the SOL/TA co-activation index of non-dominant legs in the forward leaning test was significantly changed(p<0.05).Although other indicators have changes, but no significant difference. Conclusion With the increase of physical activity, the time domain parameters of COP generally decreased.Forward leaning and backward leaning showed better control ability and stronger muscle coordination in center of gravity stability maintenance in the group with high level of activity. It is suggested that physical exercise can enhance muscle coordination and reduce injury risk.
