信息技术的发展与产业业态的变化,改变了石油化工企业经营环境,经营管理活动的资源消耗量过大,生产成本居高不下,为进一步解放生产力,改变该行业生产关系,管理人员应站在整体性角度评析国际能源产业发展格局,明确石化行业生产技术升级进步趋向,汇聚可用资源,引入更多先进的信息化、智能化技术设备,改变现有生产方式与经营格局,推动该产业的智能化转型升级,缩减生产成本与经营负担,减少不必要开支,提升化石原材料开采速度与利用效率,生产更多具备经济附加价值的副产品,强化石化行业企业的市场盈利能力。主要分析了智能化转型的思想内涵与核心内容,指出了推进石油化工行业智能化转型发展的现实意义,总结了该行业走向智能化转型发展的正确路径。
