摘要
赫尔巴特在寻求教育学“科学内核”与“人文关怀”耦合的思想张力中,通过培养“五种道德观念”“尊重学生个性”“满足学生需要”“了解学生兴趣多方面性”“实施训育”“遵循‘教育性教学’”等思想内核的建构,展现出了其教育思想中把学生道德形成作为教育价值标的、把学生个性需要及兴趣作为教育价值取向、把教学的教育性作为教育价值关涉的教育学人文属性。赫尔巴特教育思想中的人文关怀提示我们:在当前教育实践中要关注个性及兴趣,把“立德树人”作为教育目的的根本;严慈相济,把“教育惩戒”作为实施训育的原则;显隐结合,把“课程思政”和“师资建设”作为协同育人的载体。
Herbart shows the humanistic attribute of pedagogy in seeking the ideological tension between the“scientific core”and“humanistic care”of pedagogy through the construction of ideological cores such as“culturing five moral ideas”,“respecting students’personality”,“meeting students’needs”,“understanding the multifaceted interests of students”,“implementing training”,“following educative teaching”and so on.He takes the formation of students’morality as the value target,the students’individual needs and interests as value orientation and the“Educative Teaching”as the value related in his educational thought.The humanistic care in Herbart’s educational thought reminds us that we should pay attention to personality and interest in the current educational practice,and take“High Morals Molding and the People-Oriented Cultivation”as the fundamental purpose of education,“Educational Punishment”as the principle of implementing discipline education and“Ideological and Political Curriculum”and“Teaching Staff Development”as the carrier of cooperative education with the combination of explicit and implicit education.
