摘要
随着国家大力推进智能电网建设,智能电网规模逐步扩大,对智能电网的安全性、稳定性、可靠性提出了更高的要求。本文从北斗卫星授时技术的角度出发,深入分析了不同授时方法的差异性,提出了基于北斗卫星的组合授时方案,并给出了北斗卫星的双向短消息通信协议,研究了基于行波理论的智能电网故障诊断策略。经过仿真测试和试验验证,本文所提出的智能电网故障诊断策略,在诊断速度、诊断精度、通信可靠性上都能够达到智能电网的故障诊断要求,有效提高了智能电网的安全性、稳定性、可靠性。
As the country vigorously promotes the construction of smart grid,the scale of smart grid gradually expands,the security,stability and reliability of smart grid have put forward higher requirements.In this paper,from the perspective of BeiDou satellite timing technology,the differences of different timing methods are analyzed in depth,a combined timing scheme based on BeiDou satellite is proposed,and a two-way short message communication protocol of BeiDou satellite is given,and a smart grid fault diagnosis strategy based on traveling wave theory is studied.After simulation test and experimental verification,the proposed smart grid fault diagnosis strategy can meet the fault diagnosis requirements of smart grid in terms of diagnosis speed,diagnosis accuracy and communication reliability,and effectively improve the safety,stability and reliability of smart grid.
