摘要
针对现有煤矿排水系统效率低、劳动量大、信息不对称等问题,本文提出了基于现场设备层、现场监控层、调度控制层三层架构模式的控制系统和优化节能控制方案,实现了排水系统的智能化控制,减少了巡检员的工作量,节省了电能并减少了电费开支,给企业带来了实际的经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,large labor volume and unequal information of the existing coal mine drainage system,this paper proposes a control system and an optimized energy-saving control scheme based on the three-layer architecture mode of the field equipment layer,the on-site monitoring layer and the dispatching control layer,which realize the intelligent control of the drainage system,reduce the workload of inspectors,save the electric energy,reduce the electricity costs,and bring practicol economic benefits to the enterprise.
