摘要
近年来,作为我国国民经济支柱产业的民航业面临着巨大的挑战和压力,一方面,航空运输业内部的竞争形势十分严峻;另一方面,近几年经济下行,整个民航业遭受了前所未有的危机,客观环境的突变使企业面临发展战略的调整且考验着企业应对风险的能力。因此,文章运用哈佛分析框架,着眼于航空运输企业的发展战略和经营模式,从多角度对航空运输企业自身的特质、财务及发展前景进行分析,力求使研究结果更加客观、精准,以期为航空运输企业的发展提供更具针对性的建议。
As the pillar industry of China's national economy,the civil aviation industry is facing huge challenges and pressures.In recent years,the economic downturn has caused the entire civil aviation industry to suffer an unprecedented crisis.The sudden change of the objective environment makes the enterprise face the adjustment of its development strategy and tests the enterprise's risk response mechanism.Therefore,the Harvard analysis framework is used to analyze the characteristics,finance and development prospects of the enterprise from multiple perspectives,focusing on its development strategy and business model,and strive to make the research results more objective and accurate,with a view to providing more targeted suggestions for the development of air transport enterprises.
