摘要
在党建数字化背景下,“浙海大先锋轨迹系统”围绕发展党员全生命周期管理,尝试建立流程化的发展党员审批系统和基层党组织管理系统,实现党员入党过程全部通过轨迹系统数字化平台流程驱动。该系统以数字化手段替代传统线下操作手段,使发展党员信息管理数字化,党员培养成长轨迹透明化,“三会一课”管理督导化,进而探索发展党员模式和基层党组织管理的更新迭代,构建党建数字化新格局。
Under the digitalization of Party construction,“Zhejiang Ocean University Pioneer Track System”makes an attempt to establish a process approval system for developing Party members and a grass-roots Party organization management system by focusing on the whole life cycle management of developing Party members so as to realize the process of members’joining the Party driven by the process of the digital platform of the track system.The system replaces the traditional offline operation ways with digital means,thus not only digitizing the information management of developing Party members,but also making the growth track of Party members’cultivation transparent and the management of“three meetings and one lesson”supervised,so that we can explore the updating and iteration of the model of developing Party members and the management of grassroots party organizations,so as to construct a new digital pattern of Party construction.
